Training program day 5

Ah, I’ve slacked off this blog again. But at least I haven’t slacked off the training. So Tuesday night saw an 18 minute run. It was really hot outside, and the run was pretty tough… but I made it. Something like 3.24k in just over 18 minutes. And I didn’t feel too rubbish at the end. Just very red and very hot.
