Training program day 4

My first run of over 15 minutes in my training program. Once again I wasn’t feeling all that up for a run (you’re perhaps noticing a bit of a theme here), but my training program is pinned to my kitchen noticeboard, which makes it a bit more difficult to ignore. So I got my kit on (new running capri leggings and all) and headed out! I easily managed the 17 minutes and managed 3.14km today. Very pleased with myself indeed.
