Training program day 3

Oops, forgot to write this yesterday! I went to BodyPump in the morning for the first time in at least 2 weeks. I still thought that it would be a good idea to up my weights though! Really wasn’t up for a run in the afternoon, but again it was only a 15 minute run so not that bad! Managed 2.84km this time in just over 15 minutes and actually felt quite good. 17 minutes tomorrow, and then steady increases to 25 minutes just before the race. Wish me luck!
