Training program day 2

With 2 days off, and a slightly late finish at work I wasn’t really in the mood for a run. However, the sun was shining and it was only another short run – a 15 minute jog. I was hoping to go at least 2.8km today. I went a slightly different route, just to keep things interesting, but it involved a lot more road crossings and a couple of kissing gates – all which slow you down. Yes, I know, it’s not exactly going to make a huge difference but as I am only running for such relatively short distances and times, somehow it does make a difference. 2.6km in just over 15 minutes today. Will have to try harder on Saturday.
