Oops, I missed out training day 7. I didn’t run round Loch Leven – I went to the lovely Rosie Maclean’s christening instead, followed by a garden party and then a rather disappointing football game watched in Edinburgh airport.
I arrived home to a very warm Wokingham at about 7pm raring to go on my run. Well not quite raring, but I knew I had to do it. And I did it. I was as red as I’ve ever been when I got home and it took me AGES to cool down. But it wasn’t a bad run. 20 minutes and I managed just about 3.6km I think. So I’m getting there. Slowly but surely.
